Getting engaged - congratulations!

This is one of the most fun parts, go and visit lots of venues to find the perfect one and decide on a date.

Sign off final design

After deciding on your look and theme, your designer may come up with two routes for you to decide between. Choose your favourite!

Order wedding stationery

Now is the time to order the printing of your wedding invitations, RSVP's and if you are including details about hotels, things to do etc consider adding an information sheet to the invitation suite.

Final flourishes

Chase any outstanding RSVP's and order your on the day stationery once numbers are finalised. Things like: order of service, menu's, table plan, table numbers, place names and favour tags.

Book stationer

Look around for someone who can translate your style and theme into beautifully stationery. Go to wedding fairs, check out instagram, ask your friends and google!

Send Save The Dates

Make sure all your favourite people can attend by sending out your save the dates as soon as you can once the important stuff - date, venue, design has been decided.

Send out Invitation suite

Send out your invitations, RSVP's and information sheet - add an RSVP deadline so you can have final numbers in good time to give to your venue.

Thank you cards

You have up to 3 months after your honeymoon to send out thank you cards, so 1 month after you get back start thinking about using some of your amazing photographs to use as a thank you card - your stationer will do the rest.
