Design Process
Don't worry if you've not been through a design process before as I will take you by the hand and walk you through it step by step.
We'll start with a consultation - either meeting up and grabbing a coffee, or chatting on the phone or zoom, where we'll talk through your ideas (style/mood/budget) to better understand what you are looking for. I'll then put together a design proposal with two design routes which we will then refine and perfect to create your finished design.
Packages
You can choose to have the classic stationery suite, featuring a save the date, invitation, RSVP, or the deluxe package including on the day stationery - menu, table names, place names, order of service. Whatever you choose all costs will be prepared for you to sign off before printing so there won't be any surprises!
Costs
Stationery design costs can sometimes feel a little opaque - it's not meant to be, but when you can have so many different options from card stock, to foiling, one price really doesn't fit all. But I will try and make it as simple as possible.
Pricing for your stationery is split into design costs and production costs. My design fee starts at £250, which includes the design of the invitation suite - invite, information/details insert and RSVP.
Production costs will vary according to the raw materials - I pride myself in using high quality, sustainable materials and these range from a few pennies per sheet to a few pounds. Then factor in special finishes such as foiling or wax seals.
Conventional wisdom suggests that you should allocate around 15% of your overall wedding day budget to your wedding stationery. Every cost will be broken down and clearly laid out for you so if we need to tweak and refine your design where necessary to make sure it fits with your budgets as well as your style.
